Michael “DJ Raycraft” Raycraft is a Premier Wedding & Event DJ and proud West Virginia native with over a decade of experience in DJing, hosting, and managing events of all sizes. Known for his high-energy performance style, smooth mixing, and ability to engage any crowd, he brings confidence, creativity, and professionalism to every celebration.

In addition to his DJ work, Michael is an IT/AV expert and currently serves as our Main Operations and Sales Director, ensuring every event runs at the highest technical and organizational standard. He’s skilled in blending genres, reading the room, and creating a seamless flow from start to finish—whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, or large-scale production.

Michael lives in Morgantown with his fiancée, Hannah, and their dog, Apollo. His combination of experience, technical expertise, and people-focused approach makes DJ Raycraft a trusted and in-demand part of every event he touches.

Dusty Martin is a skilled Premier Wedding & Event DJ known for his easygoing personality, professionalism, and ability to keep any event running smoothly. A proud West Virginia native, Dusty brings over three years of event operations experience, giving him a strong foundation in both behind-the-scenes logistics and front-of-house performance. He has recently stepped into a Support role, using his experience to help ensure events run seamlessly from setup to the final song.

With a background spanning weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and community functions, Dusty brings a dependable presence and a great ear for reading the room. His approach blends thoughtful music selection with smooth transitions, creating an atmosphere that feels natural, energetic, and perfectly tailored to the crowd.

Dusty recently moved to Winchester, VA, where he lives with his girlfriend Samantha and their three cats—Sonny, Sniffy, and Gracie. Couples and clients appreciate his calm confidence, attention to detail, and commitment to making every moment feel seamless.
