Booking and travel
How do I check if my date is open?
Send us your date, venue and headcount through our contact page or by email. We usually confirm whether you're free within one business day, and your written quote follows in three to five business days.
Where do you travel?
Most of West Virginia, plus western Maryland and southwestern Pennsylvania, from Deep Creek Lake all the way up to Pittsburgh. We regularly travel well past 100 miles.
Is there a travel fee?
Not in Monongalia, Marion or Harrison County. That covers Morgantown, Fairmont, Clarksburg and Bridgeport. Farther out, the travel fee is shown in writing on your quote before you commit.
How does payment work for a wedding?

How much does a wedding DJ cost?
Can you handle our ceremony sound?
Yes. We bring a separate ceremony and cocktail-hour sound system with lapel and handheld mics, so your guests hear every word of the vows.
Do we have to use the venue's sound system?
No. We bring our own full sound system to every venue, so nothing on your day depends on equipment we haven't tested.
How do we plan the music and timeline?
Every wedding package includes our online planning portal, where you build your must-play and do-not-play lists, your timeline and your announcements in one place.
Do you do karaoke?
Yes. Our Karaoke Experience can be added to any wedding package.
CORPORATE & EVENTS
Corporate and events
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are welcome and we'll send a W-9 on request. Your quote lists gear, hours and travel line by line, so your finance team can approve it without a phone call.
What kinds of corporate events do you do?
Can you provide a stage, lights and sound for a band?

What can I rent?
Powered speakers, handheld and lapel mics, twelve battery-powered uplights, dance floor and stage lighting, a stage, and a projector and screen.
Do you deliver rental gear?
Yes. We bring it, set it up, test it before your guests arrive and come back for it after. There's no travel fee in Monongalia, Marion or Harrison County.
LIVESTREAMING
Livestreaming
Can you livestream a swim meet or other sporting event?
Yes. We've streamed the PA YMCA State Swim Meet three years running and USA Diving Junior Nationals, with multiple cameras, commentary audio and live scoring where the venue can feed it.
Which platforms do you stream to, and do we keep the recording?
YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, a ticketed page or your own site, and more than one at once if you need it. The recording is handed over afterwards, yours to keep.
How much does a livestream cost?
Each one is quoted, because a one-camera ceremony and a three-day meet are different jobs. The price depends on the number of cameras, the hours, the graphics and what the venue provides.
