Terms of Service

​These terms cover your use of craftedeventspromo.com. They are not your booking contract. If you book us, the service agreement you sign in our planning portal governs the work itself, and that agreement controls wherever the two differ.
1. Who we are
Crafted Events LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company based in Westover, West Virginia.
2. What this site is for
This site describes what we do and lets you ask about your date. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer, or a guarantee that we're available.
3. Prices
Prices shown are starting prices for the packages described. What you actually pay depends on your date, your hours, your location and what you add. Only a written quote from us is a price.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Sending the contact form is not a booking and does not hold your date. Your date is held only once your signed service agreement and your first payment are both in place. Payment terms, including what is refundable, are set out in your service agreement.
5. Accuracy
We keep this site as current as we can, but packages, pricing, equipment and availability change. If anything here conflicts with your written quote or your signed agreement, those documents are the ones that count.
6. Our content
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Crafted Events LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.
Client reviews quoted on this site are those clients' own words. Where a review is shortened, the cut is marked with an ellipsis (…).
7. Links to other sites
We link to our planning portal, to our listings on The Knot and other platforms, and to our social accounts. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. What you send us
Please don't submit false information, or someone else's personal information without their permission. Don't use this site for anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works.
9. No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of error.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Crafted Events LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This clause is about the website. What we're responsible for at an event we're booked to work is set out in your service agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Monongalia County, West Virginia.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
